Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Departement of Education, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Supervisor Arif Firmansyah. The purpose of this research to increase civic education study result in students of IV class at SDN 7 Tentena by applying model of Snowball Throwing. The form of this research is classroom action research from the modelof Kemmis and Mc. Taggart where this model research design do two cycles, with each cycles consists of planning, acting, observation, and reflection. The research subject was 14 students of IV class SDN 7 Tentena. The result of this research showing that students’ study result in cycle 1, was obtained completeness value of clasiccal study 42,8%. Whereas, students’ study result in cycle II, was obtained completeness value of clasiccal study 84,7 %. The result of observation for cycle 1, students’ activity be in “enough” category (65,5%) and the teacher be in “enough” category (69,5%). In other side, cycle II for the observation result activity of students be ini “very good” category (90,5%) and the teacher be in “very good” category (90%). Based on the achievement indicators, it can be concluded that the application model of Snowball Throwing can increase civic education study result in students of IV class at SDN 7 Tentena.
