Abstrak
ABSTRAK Dita Prasetya. (2020) Application of Think Pair Share Learning Model in Improving Learning Outcomes of Civics Subjects in Class V of SDN 1 Binangga. Thesis, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Department of Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. Supervisor Arif Firmansyah S.Pd, M.Pd. This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning by applying Think Pair Share learning models in class V SDN 1 Binangga. This research uses the research design of Kemmis and Mc.Taggart models which are conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and each cycle consisting of pre-action, planning, action implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Binangga involving 22 students consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle obtained a classical learning completeness value of (72.72%) with an individual absorption of 75.45%. While the learning outcomes of cycle II (100%) with 95?sorption of individuals. For the results of the evaluation assessment and the performance of the results of the first cycle obtained a total average value that is (73.07%) is in the sufficient category. As for the results of the discussion and performance evaluation results of the second cycle obtained a total average value of (96.15) is in the very good category. For the results of observations of the first cycle, student activities are in the less category (57.22%) and teacher activity is in the teacher category also in the less category. While the results of observations of the second cycle, student activities are in the category of (86.66%) and teacher activity is in the very good category (90.52%). Based on the indicators of success, it can be concluded that learning by applying the Think Pair Share learning model can improve learning outcomes of Civics subject matter in fifth grade students of SDN 1 Binangga.
