Skripsi at Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Education Science Departement, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Supervised Arif Firmansyah This reseacrh aims to improve student learning achievement on SBK course through the use of collage techniques. The research is a clasroom action research that conducted in 2 cycles. Each Cycle has 4 stages, they are planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The data obtained in this study include the results of teacher observation and student activities. Those are taken from the teacher observation sheets of teacher activities and student activities, in addition data on learning achievement takenfrom the test. The results of this study indicate that in first cycle, the observer saw the teacher's activity is in the category of good assessment. In the second cycle, the observer saw the average of student activity and teacher activity already is in the category of very great assessment. Meanwhile, for student learning outcomes, actions classical absorption reached 67.65% in the first cycle, and reached 85.42% in the second cycle. Based on the result above,the implementation of the classroom action from the first cycle to the second cycle has an increase in learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that learning with the use of collage techniques can improve student learning achievement on SBK course, especially art material, in the fourth-grader of SD Inpres 13 Ova Pantoloan.
