| Abstrak ABSTRACT RIZALDI, A32121025, 2025. "Responsibilities of School and Community Members Towards Education Services in Sipi Village, Sirenja Subdistrict, Donggala Regency". Skripsi. Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program. Department of Social Sciences Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Tadulako University. Supervisor Sunarto Amus. This research aims to describe the forms of responsibility of school and community members in supporting education services in Sipi Village, Sirenja Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, and to describe how to improve synergy between school and community members in supporting education services in the village. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were 15 people, consisting of the village head, 2 village officials, the school head, 3 teachers, 1 administrative staff, 1 school committee member, 2 students, and 4 community members. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the forms of responsibility of school members in supporting education services include: (1) Creating a conducive environment, (2) Developing character and moral values, (3) Involvement in extracurricular activities, (4) Providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, (5) Efficient management of school data administration. The forms of community responsibility in supporting education services include: (1) Providing moral support and motivation to students and schools, (2) Providing supporting educational facilities, (3) Providing financial assistance, (4) Participating in school activities, (5) Supporting the security and order of the environment around the school. The results of the research on improving synergy between school and community members in supporting education services in Sipi Village, Sirenja Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, show that the steps that must be taken are: (1) Increasing public understanding of the importance of education, (2) Increasing community involvement in school activities, (3) Improving infrastructure by involving school members, community members, and village government, (4) Community economic empowerment programs.
