Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program, Social Science Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University Under the supervision of Dwi Septiwiharti. The purpose of this research is to identify and explain the cultural media that are most effectively used in Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) learning to improve students' comprehension of citizenship concepts, as well as the impact of cultural media on students' engagement in Pancasila and civic education learning. The participants in this research are tenth-grade students and one Pancasila and Civic Education teacher. The research design is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. There are three stages to the analysis process. The research results indicated that using national songs, documentary films, folk tale analysis, discussions of visual arts, and mass media effectively enhance students' comprehension of citizenship concepts in Civic Education. Integrating cultural media into Civic Education instruction enhances the relevance of the learning experience, promotes the comprehension of citizenship principles, introduces local and national culture, fosters critical thinking abilities, and promotes dialogue and discussion.
