Ayu Wahyuni. 2020. Improving Students’ Learning Outcome in Pancasila and Civic Education Subject through the Implementation of Group Discussion Learning Method at Grade VII Seni 1 of SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu.. Skripsi, Bachelor Degree. Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program, Social Science Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University Under the supervision of Jamaluddin. The main problem of this research is the low learning outcome in the Pancasila and Civic Education subject. To overcome this problem, the researcher applied the group discussion learning method to improve the learning outcomes of Grade VII Seni 1 students at SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) method consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected in each cycle in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data which were carried out in three ways; they were observations, interviews. In the first cycle, the percentage of classical learning completeness is 64.51% improves to 83.89% in the second cycle. The percentage of classical learning absorption is 65.97% improves to 82.09% in the second cycle. The mean value of students' activity in the first cycle is 'good' and the second cycle is 'very good'. Based on predetermined indicators. group discussion learning methods steadily improve the students' ability to master the learning material that impacts on the improvement of the learning outcomes of the grade VII Seni 1 at SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu in Pancasila and Civic Education Subject.
