Abstrak
Nova Monica. 2020. "The Implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) to Improve Learning Outcomes of Pancasila and Civic Education Subject of grade VII Art 2 at SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu. Skripsi, Bachelor Degree. Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program, Social Science Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University Under the supervision of Asep Mahpudz. The research problem is, "Can learning outcome of the grade VII Art 2 in Pancasila and Civic Education improve through the implementation of CTL at SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu?" This research aims at improving the learning outcome of grade VII Art 2 in Pancasila and Civic Education through the implementation of CTL at SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on Kemmis and Taggart. It was conducted in 2 cycles which each cycle consisted of plan, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in cycle I, the percentage of learning completeness mastery 46.42 with a percentage of learning absorptive capacity 69.28, and in cycle II the percentage of learning completeness mastery increases to 89.28 with a percentage of learning absorptive capacity 80.35. The mean score of students' activity in cycle I is classified as 'good' and cycle II it improves to be 'very good'. Based on the predetermined indicators, it can be concluded that the implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can improve learning outcomes of the grade VII Art 2 students in Pancasila and Civic Education subjects at SMP Negeri Madani Palu Integrated Model.
