| Abstrak ABSTRAK? Iin Safitri, 2022. Kemampuan guru dalam memanajemen waktu pada pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sindue pada masa pandemi covid-19. Iskandar. ?Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Bagaimana cara guru dalam memanejemen waktu di masa covid-19 dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri I Sindue? (2) Bagaimana proses peranan guru dalam memanejemen waktu di masa covid-19 dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri I Sindue? (3) Bagaimana hasil dari penanan guru dalam memanejemen waktu di masa covid-19 dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri I Sindue? Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Untuk mengetahui cara guru dalam memanejemen waktu di masa covid-19 dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri I Sindue. (2) Untuk mengetahui proses peranan guru dalam memanejemen waktu di masa covid-19 dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri I Sindue. (3) Untuk mengetahui hasil dari peranan guru dalam memanejemen waktu di masa covid-19 dalam proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri I Sindue. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, pendekatan ini dilakukan bermaksud untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan secara rinci mengenai problematika yang di hadapi guru dalam pelaksanaan di dalam kelas selama masa pandemic covid -19 pada kemampuan guru dalam memanajemen waktu pada pembelajaran sejarah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa cara yang dilakukan guru yaitu tetap memperhatikan waktu pembelajaran berlangsung, seperti halnya pada saat jam pembelajaran sejarah di mulai, kedua guru juga tetap memperhatikan tugas dan tanggung jawab seperti halnya menyediakan sumber dan media pembelajaran, dan yang ketiga guru juga memperhatikan sampai dimana kemampuan siswa dalam menerima pelajaran yang telah diberikan. ? (3) What are the results of teacher management in managing time during the Covid-19 period in the learning process in history class XI at SMA Negeri I Sindue? The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out how teachers manage time during the Covid-19 period in the learning process in class XI history at SMA Negeri I Sindue. (2) To find out the process of the teacher's role in managing time during the Covid-19 period in the learning process in history class XI at SMA Negeri I Sindue. (3) To find out the results of the teacher's role in managing time during the Covid-19 period in the learning process in history class XI at SMA Negeri I Sindue. The research method used is a qualitative approach, this approach is intended to find out and describe in detail the problems faced by teachers in classroom implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic on the teacher's ability to manage time in history lessons. The results of this study indicate that the method used by the teacher is to pay attention to the time the learning takes place, as is the case when the history lesson begins, the two teachers also pay attention to their duties and responsibilities such as providing learning resources and media, and the third the teacher also pays attention to the where the ability of students to receive lessons that have been given |
