Abstrak
Ardiansyah Lamakundi. 2020. The Effect of Learning Environment on Learning Achievement in History Subject of Social Major Students at SMA Negeri 7 Palu. Skripsi. History Education Study Program, Social Science Education Department, Teacher Training, and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Under the supervision of Suyuti. This research used a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample was 82 students at grade XI-IPS which was determined through a stratified random sampling technique. The main research instruments were questionnaires and tests. The research results showed that the learning environment affects the history learning achievement of the Social major students at SMA Negeri 7 Palu which is indicated by the r-count value of 0.453 which is greater than the r-table of 0.1829 (0.453> 0.1829) and the t-count value of 4.544 is greater than the t- table value of 1.66412 ( 4,544> 1,66412). A coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.2052 represents a significant contribution of the learning environment on the history learning achievement of the social major students at SMA Negeri 7 Palu. This means that 20.52% of learning achievement is influenced by the learning environment, while the remaining 79.48% is influenced by other factors.
