Department of Mathematics and Natural sciences, Faculty of teacher training and education, Tadulako University. Supervisor: Sitti Aminah Pandan Wangi (Pandanus amarylifolius Roxb.), is a species of pandanus that has fragrant leaves. Pandan wangi is one of the ingredients that can be utilized as a traditional medicine. The purpose of this research is to know the total levels of flavonoids contained in the Pandan Wangi leaf extract with the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. Analysis of flavonoids levels the total extract of Pandan wangi leaves is determined based on the Absorbancy value measured at a wavelength of 432 nm using kuersetin comparator. The results show that the total flavonoids levels of the pandan wangi leaves is 268.958 mg/100g. Keywords: ethanol extract, pandan leaf, total flavonoid content, UV-Vis spectrophotometry.
