The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the application of cooperative learning model type Numbered heads together (NHT) to improve students learning outcomes of class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 5 Palu on line up arithmetic. The type of this research is Clasroom Action Research (PTK). The desing of the study refers to the design of Kemmis and Mc research. Tanggart ie (a) Planing, (b) implementation of action, (c) observation and (d) reflection. The subjects of this study are class CI TKH SMK Negeri 5 Palu which amounted 22 students enrolled in the academic year 2018/2019. The data collected in this reseach is teacher activity data in managing learning, student activity data in following learning activity, data of preliminary test result and data of final test result of action. The results showed that the implementation of NHT type cooperative leaning model that can improve student learning in the material line up arithmetic, following the phases of NHT wint the following activites : (1) convey the purpose and motivate the students and perform apersepsi that is recalling the material that has been studied related to the line up arithmetic, (2) present the material line up arithmetic by doing quistions, (3) organize the studens in 4 groups of learning by reading the names in each group of 5 people, and distributing head number to each student in group, (4) distributing LKPD to each group and observing studens who are cooperating in working on LKPD and providing assintance to students who have difficulty working on the problem, (5) calling students by drawing head number and group to presenting in frout of class and number the same head of another group has won it, (6) rewards the group with the highest development score. In the first cycle is obtained classical completeness of 47% and cycle II obtained classical completeness of 79%. Keywords : NHT Coopertive Learning, Learning Outcomes, Line up arithmetic |
