ABSTRAK Mirawati, 2022. “Kelimpahan Jenis Gastropoda Air Payau di Desa Bangkir Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Tolitoli dan Pemanfaatannya Sebagai Media Pembelajaran”. Skripsi. ABSTRACT Mirawati, 2022. "Brackish Gastropode Abundance In Bangkir Village, Dampal Selatan District Tolitoli Regency and Its Use As a Learning Media”. Undergraduate Thesis. Biology Education Study Program, Mathematics and Natural Science Departement, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tadulako University. Supervisors: (1) Sutrisnawati and (2) Fatmah Dhafir. This study aims to describe the types of brackishwater gastropods in Bangkir Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency, to determine the abundance of brackishwater gastropods in Bangkir Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency, and to make biology learning media in form of a pocket book. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted in Bangkir Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency in January 2022. Determination of the location for sampling by purposive sampling and sampling using a belt transect with two repetitions, morning and afternoon for three days. The results showed that there were 5 types of gastropods found in brackish water in the Gastropod class, which consisted of 1 Order, 4 Families and 5 Genus, namely Telescopium telescopium, Faunus ater L., Terebralia polustris, Littorina scabra and Mauritia eglantina. The abundant gastropod species are Telescopium telescopium 45.42%, Faunus ater L. 29.26%, Terebralia polustris 20.73%, Littorina scabra 3.35% and Mauritia eglantina 1.21%. The results of the study were designed to be a pocket book after being validated and considered suitable for use as a learning medium from the results of the validation test by a team of content, media, and design experts as well as student trials with a feasibility percentage of 83.63%. Keywords: Species Abundance, Brackish Water Gastropods, Learning Media.
