Abstrak ABSTRAK Lina, 2022. Identifikasi Gaya Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 3 Kota Palu dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA. Skripsi. Shamdas Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Kota Palu dan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Palu. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data gaya belajar menggunakan angket dan wawancara, untuk hasil belajar siswa menggunakan dokumentasi. Penilaian angket menggunakan skala likert yang berisi lima tingkat preferensi skor jawaban 1 sampai 5. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik non parametric uji tanda (sign test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMP Negeri 3 Kota Palu memiliki gaya belajar visual sebanyak 44 siswa (30%), gaya belajar auditori dimiliki 21 siswa (14%), gaya belajar kinestetik dimiliki 41 siswa (62%), gaya belajar visual-auditori dimiliki 4 siswa (6%), gaya belajar visual-kinestetik yaitu dimiliki 6 siswa (9%), dan dimiliki 8 siswa (5%). Nilai Z sebesar -10.439 dengan p value (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA di SMP Negeri 3 Kota Palu. Shamdas This study aims to identify student learning styles at SMP Negeri 3 Palu City and to describe the effect of learning styles on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 3 Palu. The study applied a descriptive method through qualitative and quantitative approaches with simple random sampling. Data collection techniques of learning style were questionnaires and interviews and the student learning outcome was through documentation. The questionnaire assessment used a Likert scale which contained five preference levels of answer scores from 1 to 5. Moreover, to test the hypothesis, a non-parametric statistical sign test was applied. The results show that the students of SMP Negeri 3 Palu City have a visual learning style of 44 students (30%), an auditory learning style owned by 21 students (14%), and a kinesthetic learning style owned by 41 students (62%), a visual-auditory learning style is owned by 4 students (6%), visual-kinesthetic learning styles are owned by 6 students (9%), and owned by 8 students (5%). The Z value is -10,439 with a p-value (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of learning style on Science learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 3 Palu City.
