| Abstrak The objective of this research is to improve students’ speaking skills and learning motivation through the implementation of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) and TikTok within a Deep Learning Framework. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) and was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were the seventh-grade students of SMPN 1 Bungku Barat. The data were collected through speaking tests and observation sheets. Students’ speaking skills were assessed based on fluency and comprehension. The data were analyzed descriptively based on the results obtained in each cycle. The results showed that students’ speaking skills improved from Cycle I to Cycle II. The mean score of students’ speaking skills in Cycle I was 71.30, with a classical completion of 52%. Meanwhile, in Cycle II, the mean score reached 86.11, and learning mastery reached 89%. The improvement occurred in both fluency and comprehension aspects. In addition, students’ learning motivation in Cycle 1 was reflected in their attention, active participation, and volunteering, as evidenced by a mean score of 75.16. In conclusion, the implementation of Culturally Responsive Teaching and TikTok within a Deep Learning Framework can enhance students’ speaking skills and learning motivation at SMPN 1 Bungku Barat. These findings imply that integrating culturally relevant digital media into language instruction can be an effective strategy for improving students’ engagement and speaking skills in EFL classrooms.
