Abstrak Nirwana. A 122 17 004. The Correlation Among Teacher-Students’ Relationship. Students’ Motivation and Students’ Achievement on EFL Learning Process at SMAN 2 Palu, under the supervisions of Hasan Basri and Sudarkam. The objective of the research is to find out if there is positif correlation among three variables; teahcer-students’ relationship,students’ motivation and students’ achievement on EFL learning process at SMAN 2 Palu. The research used a correlational research design. The population was students in SMAN 2 Palu within 36 classes that consist of 30 up to 35 students in a class. The sample of this research was XI MIA 2 consist of 31 sudents. The class were taken randomly. The instrument of the research was questionnaires and existing document. The research used product momment correlation by Pearson. r-table and f-table used in comparing the r-counted and f-counted to found out whether there are positive correlation among those three variables. The comparation indicates that there is no positive correlation between teahcer-students’ relationship and students’ motivation (0.160<0>0.355), and there is a positive correlation between students’ motivation and students’ achievement (0,783>0.355). Therefore, there is a positive correlation among teacher-students’ relationship, students’ motivation and students’ achievement since alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted when null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.
