Abstrak Diah Harianti (2025). This skripsi entitled “An analysis of Difficulties in Writing Recount Text of Eleventh grade Students at UPTD SMAN 01 Baras” .Skripsi, English Education Study Program, Department of Language and Art Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Under the supervision of Jamiluddin and Muhammad Arid. The objective of the study is to find out the difficulties in writing recount text at the leventh grade students at UPTD SMAN 01 Baras. This descriptive qualitative design, this research involved a subject of eleventh grade students at UPTD Sman 01 Baras. The researcher was chosen XI IPA 1 as subject of the research. The data were collected by using test. This findings categorize the difficulties of students in writing recount text into two type there are difficulties in Text organization and also difficulties in grammar. Based on the research the difficulties in the text organization can include topic sentence, paragraph development, and conclusion. While difficulties in grammar can be verb, article and also pronoun. As the results, the researcher found the highest percentage of student’s difficulties in text organization is the difficulties in writing conclusion. And the highest percentage of student’s difficulties in grammar is the difficulties in using verb in the sentences Keywords: Difficulties, Recount Text, An Analysis |
