Abstrak
SITI NURMAYANTI (A12116023). This Skripsi is entitle, A Study of The Implementation of Collaborative Writing in Teaching Writing Skill. Skripsi, Tadulako University, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Department of Language and Art Education, English Education Study Program, under the supervision of Rofiqoh and Anjar Kusuma Dewi. This library research, based on the examination of five journal articles, explores the impact of Collaborative Writing in the classroom and its potential benefits. The findings reveal that Collaborative Writing positively influences students' writing skills, enhancing various aspects such as content, organization, grammar, vocabulary, critical thinking, and argumentation quality. The results demonstrate the successful implementation of Collaborative Writing across different educational settings and text types, highlighting its adaptability to diverse student populations and instructional contexts. Moreover, Collaborative Writing fosters an interactive learning environment that promotes student engagement, social and communication skills development, and deeper subject matter understanding. Therefore, educators are encouraged to incorporate Collaborative Writing activities into their instruction to cultivate effective writing skills and enhance student engagement. These findings, derived from a comprehensive review of relevant literature, provide valuable insights for educators seeking to leverage Collaborative Writing as a powerful tool for improving student learning outcomes and writing proficiency.
