Abstrak This study aims to examine several Applications of Team Assisted Individualization in English Language Skill. This study was conducted by applying Library research. The data described in this study were taken document from scientific writing, skripsi and journal articles published from in 2010-2020. Based on all the data studies that have been collected, all researchers wrote that there were 8 components in the implementation of TAI, namely Teams, Placement tests, Teaching Materials, Study Teams, Team Assessment and Recognition, Teaching Groups, Fact Tests and Teach Whole-Class. The most influential components are Placement Test, Team/Grouping and Study Teams which are the characteristic of this technique. Placement test is used to determine the ability of students and is used to measure before and after receiving TAI treatment. Team or Grouping is formed to create study groups where each member contains various abilities and understandings. Study Team is the stage where the learning process among students that help each other. Team Assisted Individualization is a technique that really helps students to be responsible, confident and to be active to follow the teaching and learning process in the class. Researchers who used Team Assisted Individualization with different types of research revealed that research results tended to be the same, namely increasing students' motivation to learn English and Team Assisted Individualization being able to improve students' understanding of English lessons.
